The centrifugal pump used in combination with jet mixer has multiple core advantages.

Firstly, Centrifugal pump stably outputs pressure of 0.25 to 0.4MPa, driving the fluid to form a high-speed jet through the nozzle. Ensure that sufficient negative pressure is generated to efficiently draw in drilling materials such as bentonite, barite and polymers. The problems of insufficient material suction and uneven mixing have been solved.

Secondly, Centrifugal pump has excellent wear-resistant and sealing performance. The flow-through components are made of wear-resistant alloy cast iron. The impeller is designed as a semi-open type, suitable for harsh working conditions such as sandy slurry. Combined with a high-wear-resistant hard alloy double sealing system, it effectively prevents mud leakage.
